Mia and her daughter question

How you you get both of them? I noticed on the scene where you choose which when I picked Mia shortly after it said in thoughts I could of had both if I played my cards right. So is this a thing or was that just a thought, if so how do I go about it?

I don't remember how you go about it, it is a thing. It's just she's playing you. You don't actually "get" her. Still, an interesting read. I think I found it in the guide. You should check it out.

I believe it's at the end of episode 3 (part 1) of College Bound | Walkthrough & Achievement Guide. I think the achievement is Lucky Lucia.

I have that achievement and had sex with her. It's just when you pick Mia instead when lucia asks you over to play a game it's says in the MC thoughts that he thinks he could have had them both at the same time if he played his cards right. That is what I'm trying to figure out how to do. And there is I think 3 gallery scenes missing in between Mia and Lucia so I'm assuming it's that.
