Google it. I guess there is no live links to already ported campaigns to RotE for english versions. So make it own - it always better cause porting always be unofficial with some differences in scenarios scripting.
Make sure u use GR 2.02 version of Scen Editor and not RotE. You must copy to RotE already rebuilded custom saga's with that campaigns.
Initially Steam sell D2 gold as one package of two games. than Steam allow to buy both separate. Then Strategy First remove Gold package (reduce costs few times and package with more discount is too low priced when games on some seasons discount sales - i guess that the reason to remove package, it happened when Steam always have discounts on sub packages).
Scenarion Editor can open save files - copy them to Export folder.
I think there are some big changes in Rise of the Elves. Didn't play Disciples in a long time, it is still a mysterious game to me, especially with the magic of "chances to hit". Sometimes in Gallean's return, I had bugs where a unit would infinitely miss, even though it has 90% chances to hit, I think this was fixed/changed in RotE.
Some units were nerfed or buffed, or changed. Mostly highest level big units like giants and demons. For example, gargoyle attack is no longer weapon, but earth, which makes them useful against weapon-immune undead.
