Jester power?

How do you unlock the jester powers? In the demo, the reaper one was available in the shop, but it's not there in the full game. I figured you'd need to progress in the story a bit before it would show up, but it hasn't. I've also heard that the reaper jester is the ONLY jester power in the game

LakeFeperd basically stated he didn't want to replace Spark's default form but due to fan demand, people wanted another form but he's kind of against it and won't expand on it any further when he was developing the game. That's why there's only one jester power.

Personally I would have liked to see the one with unlimited air dash, rolling, and a tripple jump from the first game. That one carried me through pretty much the entire game and it was a blast to use. I can understand why he would want to move away from them. It's better to get a single moveset down than half ass a lot of different movesets.
