Whatcha Lookin' At Help Hint Please!

I've figured out almost all of the achievements for ALTTL but this one is stumping me. I've done some searches through the forum and can't seem to find any feedback for people who have posted about it previously - which makes me think it must be a little obvious, but I cannot figure it out.

I have discerned from the achievement icon that it's supposed to be Level 24 of Seeing Stars, but I'm just not sure what to do to hit the requirements for the achievement.
