The 30 DEC Daily is a 'basic symmetry' puzzle.
We get different variations on it, so we don't all get the same one - so some may have macaroni, I had twigs, other people will have/get other things...
But the solving logic is the same for all of them, and for all Basic Symmetry puzzles:
- Imagine a dividing central line vertically down the middle of your screen
- All double items (mirrored items) : Place them in mirrored positions to each other, one on each side of that imagined centre vertical line. Anywhere you want, but in mirror-positions.
- Any 'single' items (i.e. without any mirrored look-alike) : place it anywhere you want, on that central line.
- items must not touch each other.
Best of luck!
Oh , and if you feel uncertain about 'what kind of a puzzle' your Daily tidy is, then a tip is to notice the symbol that shows up before the actual puzzle starts: the symbol for a Basic Symmetry puzzle is the Crab Claw.
(bc the first Basic Symmetry puzzle in the main game is a collection of sea-shore items, if you were wondering...)
