Can't load my game
Hello there! I was just logging in to play my daily tidy (4 away from 100, so I really don't want to start a new game file), but I'm getting this error and I can't play. My steam cloud saves are synced, and there isn't any errors when going into my other games, I dunno what to do! I checked my steam integrity with this game and everything came back fine, I restarted my computer, and I uninstalled and reinstalled this game to no avail! Help!!!

The error reads: "LOAD ERROR: Your save data appears to be incomplete and cannot be loaded. You must start a new game file or quit and restart the game with a valid save file in place."

I'm having the same issue after we had a blackout right as the game booted up. i only have two days left before i have done 100 daily's and got all achievements.

I have sent an email with my save and log.

I am also having the same issue, but when I opened the "save1.json" file, it was blank. Is there still a solution?

Hi! Sounds like your PC is having trouble writing to the save file.

First, can you try verifying the install files? Here's a guide how to do this: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

If that doesn't help, can you please send your save file and Player.log to support@maxinferno.com? We'll be able to investigate your unique problem with that information.
