Mushroom disappeared for the iron weed beside the pillars in Chapter 6

Went back to the house of Moonbeard and retrieved the mushroom for the iron weed beside the pillars in Chapter 6 in front of the giant golem . After that i went back few pages to the shop and lost the mushroom. Tried restart and go back the saves. Unfortunately the game has already saved after my purchase in the shop and mushroom doesn't respwan anymore.
And i tried to upload the log or saves to pastebin but they extend the maximum size. Would be great if i can send these files any other ways or if somebody just tell how to fix the bug. Thanks a lot!

Any chance you accidentally threw the bomb behind the shop keeper? It could still be there! Otherwise you can try use save history to load a slightly earlier save (hit Tab or Square on controller when selecting your save slot)
