Chapter 6 Bug

I know this has been reported already but my problems are more important than anyone else's, so I'm posting it again.

I've collected two of the rocket ship parts and the third place I have to go has a seal that opened and then closed again. I can't get in there. I've reloaded my oldest save file and I've verified the game files to no avail.

Please help, I want to love this game.
