i just want to know how to change language since i could not find how

Same. I'd like to play in the original English version. Is it not possible to change the language? I will postpone playing for now. I sure hope the language choice is not hardcoded.

Hello, right now its not possible to change the game language in game, but you can change the game language by changing your steam system language.

Steam(The tab in the top left corner> Settings>Interface(located in the collum on the left side of the settings window)>Steam Client Language - change that into the language you want.

Here are the different languages that you can change to:

English
French
German
Spanish - Spain
Japanese
Korean
Portuguese - Brazil
Russian
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese
Spanish - Latin America

I guess it is good that there IS a way to switch but please consider adding an option to switch the language ingame.

The fact there isn't an option to change game language is very odd.

So why’s the Dutch language being excluded then? And why does a game released in 2024 not have an option to change the language in game? Did you guys not check the settings beforehand?

It’s downright hilarious how they didn’t catch that beforehand. With all the delays that this game has had you’d think they’d check the settings before release but apparently that was too much asked from them.

So you're telling me there's no Italian? Not that I'd need it personally, but I would've loved to play the game with my nephew who is only 4.
How can you make such a child friendly game and exclude a language spoken by so many? Especially when you have included most of the other languages spoken in Europe.
This is so terrible... what a disgrace!

Do you at least plan to add it down the line?

Unfortunately it seems like they don’t. Just like with Dutch Italian has been pushed by the wayside.
