how mush will this game cost at its final release, not the foundewrs edition

There is a bug that even though I've got the game and I enter it becomes really laggy and I cannot even enter the game.

i use a 970, this could very well be fixed if there is a more diverse graphics options menu in the future. and no, i'm not buying a new graphics card, mines fine enough for action games
