Not cheaty good starting seed to play with friend('s) on a gamer mode and not only

On seed "sigmomonster" you start in village and in chief's chest is located the tip of the spear. There is also a cave nearby and in cave you can find hammer handle. And also closely to spawn located big chunk totem and other bosses totems. As well close to spawn there are several free chests.

i strongly believe that seed 1 is better, chiefs spear in chest, spawn next to a village adaminte tools all the goodies and around the boat there are multiple boss totems
