I heard that you can somehow edit the shaders to increase the FPS, but i don't know how. Can you homies help me?

In settings, in graphics, there are 4 options for shadows. Setting them to the lowest should improve gameplay. Speaking of, in settings, in gameplay, there is an option to turn off grass, which also helps with FPS.

Perhaps you do not have updated drivers for your integrated graphics, in my case it is intel. I use the intel drivers and support assistant from intel you can download it for free from the official intel website since windows will only install generic drivers.
