Storyteller Save File Edit from save0 on Notes

I've opened my Storyteller game to find all my saved progress has been deleted from the game. I can't find anything that restores this so I'm trying to use the save0 file in the Storyteller folder to edit my current 0% save and start relatively where I left off. Does anyone know how I can do this without messing up any of the code?
