With the new update, I've already seen several threads pop up containing questions about puzzle solutions. In order to consolidate things a bit, please try to post these questions in this thread and others can help you if they know the solution.

Make sure that you use spoiler tags for any and all solutions that are posted. Also, listing the Chapter and/or puzzle title will make it easier for people to help you.
