Small issue with the narrator

The addition of the narrator is not particularly meaningful but it's welcome, the voice actor is pretty good. The only problem is, after watching several playthroughs of the update, nobody seems to realize you have to go back to the settings and activate the narrator. So, shouldn't it be just the default? I feel many players are going to miss out on that just because it's kind of hidden.
