Apart from that I dunno what to say. Maybe uninstall and reinstall? Or at least check your files are OK.
This is something you've probably done before as a Steam player, but...
Click Storyteller, at the right of the screen under the image of the characters, click the cog wheel icon and select "Properties". Go to the "Installed Files" tab and find the "Verify Integrity Of Game Files" button there. Press that, and it'll run through your install to check your files haven't become corrupt somehow. That's a check you can use for all misbehaving Steam games btw. You can also move your game to other hard drives if you have them, too!
Otherwise I dunno, maybe contact the devs, it's only a small company I think.
I would request the dev change this because I really didn't wanna lookup a guide. There was no reason to make it this convoluted.
THAT explains why it wasn't moving. Thank you. That is ridiculous.
