11-2 Have the detective directly witness the scare, that will give you an extra scene since the witness won't have to tell the detective. Use that scene to get the baron to dress up again.

1. Baron disguises himself as a dragon
2. Dragon Baron scares the Detective
3. Baron takes off the costume
4. Detective examines the costume
5. Baron puts the costume back on
6. Detective confronts Dragon Baron
