i can't log my main account in. it says no server response but when i log in my alt, the game launches smoothly. (i have good internet connection)

This happens randomly sometimes, I suggest you close all other aps (discord,chrome,etc) cuz the game won't start if your cpu and ram is used too much. The same time happened to me whereas I couldn't log in with my main character but fine with other characters. I suggest you keep trying it'll eventually log in. This was only the case for me, idk if it's some server error kind of thing so I hope this helps
