[Stuck in Quest] Any help appreciated

Hello,

I'm doing the mystery quests:
I did:
1.1 The first Sage
1.2 Blookdshade Nefariox Horn
I'm stuck at
1.3 Beautiful Sister Magya
I'm supposed to talk to Eunshil the linen saleswoman, but she says i look like a hobo, the hint was to talk to other people nearby, one said I need to change gear but I can't seem to progress even after trying that.

Does anyone know how I can get past this part,

As described in https://www.mir4.wiki/wiki/Beautiful_Sister_Magya#Clue%202, you have to ensure you wear the "new" outfit that was given to you during the story quest. So go to Character > Outfits, click on the uniform and then wear the outfit not described as "base".

I hadn't used the voucher to get the new outfit, I totally missed it, just thought I'd admit it here cause others may run in the same problem.
