Same case here, bought a pack, paid thru steam, banned for life. Tried reaching out thru support, no response. Good thing I haven't invested much time in this game. Customer support is horrible and if something happens in the future, players are screwed. The guy above accusing all people who got banned of doing something illegal has absolutely no idea, the guys who run this game can't even control bots and now they're banning people who actually support the game by buying in game packs.
