Mythical Realms - Version 1.1.0 (2024-2-8): Scourge of the Seas update.
Current Version: 1.1.0 (2024-2-8): Scourge of the Seas update. Makes the mod compatible with the DLC but does not require it.

-I Need a Hero! - Removed code for 25% casting discount to Summon Hero and Summon Champion as this is now the default behavior in game.
- Sage Mastery - Removed starting with Recall Hero spell, added Awareness spell.

- Draconian Airship and Voltar Storm Jammer units now have the SHIP tag added to them allowing them to be affected by the Wind Mastery spell.

- Champion hero, "Synlia the Scourge" renamed to, "Synlia the Ravager".
- Hero, "Thrawn the Trapper" renamed to, "Tawgir the Trapper".

- Fixed Voltar racial bonuses description.
- Fixed missing description on units when they become affected by an Apparition's Haunt skill.
- Fixed Wizards' Guild description stating it gives research instead of power.
- Fixed Alchemists' Guild not giving default enchanted weapons.

Mythical Realms is a mod with substantial game play additions and changes. Here's a quick summary:
- 5 new races: Atlanteans, Fallen Men, Kobolds, Mystics, and Voltars.
- 42 new heroes: 28 regular heroes and 14 champions.
- Re-balancing and addition of some new: traits, units, skills, and spells. Focus is on buffing under performing things.

Looks very interesting! I've been enjoying your heroes mods.

Not sure about elf wizards earth to mud... I like wizards doing damage!

Earth to Mud is very under rated I feel. For High Elves in particular it's useful in combination with their Longbowmen.
This is great ! I'm really enjoying so far what you have done with the Fallen and the new heroes. They fit very well with the OC.

Appreciate the feedback, tell me more when you have a chance please. Also I did a quick update for a bug fix with Atlantean bowmen I recommend getting.

i dont have master of magic (yet - planning to purchase it in a sale ) but i m curious: does this mod really feature 5 completely new races with art etc. ? i ve seen the images on nexus but thats "just" portraits - do all the new units have also new ingame art (models) or is "placeholders" / "reused art" from the base game ?

please dont misunderstand my post - if it is "placeholders" thats in no way meant to critize the mod. but if you really made a 5 new races all with new units art thats pretty amazing and speaks very well of MoMs moddability.

would be great to see the mod in action in a video.

We're unable to add new 3D models and other such 3D assets so they are all reused from the existing 3D assets.

This is great thank you. I love the kobolds . I am not getting an image for the flying serpents however

Thanks for the heads up, I see why. I will fix this with an update shortly. In the mean time you can fix this without messing up your game by doing this:

- Go to the AdditionalImages folder which by default is at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MuHa Master of Magic\ExternalAssets\AdditionalImages
- Rename lizardmanflyingserpent_FULL.png to flyingserpent_FULL.png
- Rename lizardmanflyingserpent.png to flyingserpent.png

Every time i play with the nature summoner trait i get random starting units instead of war bears or settlers
Great job on the mod

Thanks for the heads up on this, very bizarre results. This bug might be around for a while because the interaction is hidden in the code. Not the worst thing as that trait is pretty awful but still annoying.

Bizarre results for sure i just got Jaer with a resistance of 30 to start
