Planetary Defense System Building
What is Planetary Defense System Building and how do I build it??
One of the achievements requires this and I can't figure out what exactly to build. It seems I already have 2 but no idea which one it is.

Its an upgrade to one of your defense buildings.

I think its the building that produces officers

It took me a while to find it. But you need to get the military building that recruits defense force or something (I can't remember the name of it exactly). Planetary defense system is the upgrade of that building.

It was the military base after the upgrade.
