Relatar um problema com a tradução
maybe you triggered the events too fast and I am too late ... yeah my Picard was near death of age, when he triggered that event, where you needed him !
...
So seems it is a problem, when you trigger the different steps ?
The first meeting was at earth, where a laughable 1 600 cube met my 7 fleets ..
This is when I uncovered the location of the queen, a laughable 1 900 cube

After the first security alert , I placed 3 fleets at earth and 3 and Rijkard (Picard already dead because of age) at the queen ... the 3 waves have been a joke
WHICH YEAR DID YOU TRIGGER THE ATTACK ?
So finished the queen at 2457

Do the other faction also have the possibility to kill the queen, before the endless waves ?
I had to close 10 transwarp conduits near each Highway Node (wormhole).
I closed 6 out of 10, I couldn't reach last ones for due to closed borders.
Not wanting to wait for open borders I declared a war on minor faction Kaelons, it turned out they protected by Cardassians, so I had two wars, one with Borg and one with Cardassians + Kaelons alliance.
I dealt with Kaelons and closed 3 out of 4 reaming transwarp conduits. I guess I was too late. Borg Cubes started popping in whole galaxy. Cardassians were defeated (assimilated and destroyed). My borders were also invaded each system had a few Borg Cubes with damage from 20k - 30K total. My max fleet had 30k damage but remaining 16K or even 8K, so I was roaming as a group with 60K damage.
Borg destroyed 90% of my territory. I could defeat them in any system individually but they start re-appear again and again after a few cycles.
From almost 30 fully developed planets I was left with 3 planets and 3 habitats. I can't even colonize any planet again with out a 30+K fleet on the orbit, since Borg re-appear in that system again.
I made a desperate run to close last transwarp conduit, but that was suicidal mission. It was protected with around 30 Borg ships with ~25K each.
I reloaded a game but I'm not sure if I can recover from this. :D

Voyager and Picard neutered the borg into oblivion which was stupid for sure and people want them i guessed nerfed to those levels.
May I say get good?
Borg should be hard and they should be scary as a pve foe....
Talk nerfs for them as a player faction if you wish for game balance, but don't go crazy nerfing the non-player versions...
Well I don't know, you should have chance to defeat enemy NPC.
It might be some sort of bug though. I saw also ridicules number of pirates ships in one of their systems, second system was normal with a few fleets.
I'm not saying Devs should nerf it, but it kinda feels off balance. And I'm playing on entry difficulty level, since I started the game as tutorial
You not really building large fleets in this game playing as Federation, since they cannot gain any territory through war.
Also AI does not really attack Federation, Cardassians always attack Romulans and Klingons are idle.
The previous mission before Borg Crisis requires you to build 15 Sovereign class ships, suggesting it is a preparation for this event. And that would be only maybe two fleets of ~8 ships ot that class. Something is off here. :D
The Federation did get pretty lazy with their Borg response after the initial panic, tbh your experience with the Borg tearing everything down like that might be something the developers intended as a Bad End, or it might get patched up, since some of us are having ridiculously easy times with them, though I think my Klingon Empire might have been screwed if Janeway hadn't helped me.
That said I think you'll remember that playthrough for a long time as a stand out session. You must have pulled some desperate tricks and gambits trying to save the Federation. Maybe after you finished up the session you looked like Riker from the Borg invasion timeline in 'Parallels'.

Anyway a few last moments of my fleet for desperate run to close last tranwarp conduit.
The whole battle lasted maybe 30 seconds though I didn't recorded it all. I didn't expect that many Borg fleets.
The video might be kinda sped up, I'm not sure why it is doing that, maybe because old game engine.

It's basically positional war between capital ships. I don't even have time to repair my last remaining ships because next Borg wave appears.
Borg Cubes respawn right after destroying a previous one, and spawn in each system I colonize a planet.
I even tried to colonize planet far away from my homeworld and of course in the middle of colonizing planet Borg Cube spawned in the system.
It would make more sense it player had a chance of fighting back. For example after 20 years of Borg invasion, Borg supply would be getting limited and they would not respawn like so often. Or after killing 100 Borg Cubes and they will spawn less often. Right now it feels like AI is cheating and has unlimited supplies and player is on lost position.

In Voyager TV series the Species 8472 almost bring Borg to fall by destroying their fleet.
I also have permanent penalties on homeworld system (Sol), since enemy fleet is practically all the time in the system I do not get trade gather resources from all empire, and can't colonize Mars spacestation. :/
Also Borg seem to mostly ignore non-colonized systems, so i get little resource from there but not enough to rebuild the fleet.
I guess you haven't watch my videos.
The late Borg Event is kinda broken for me and i didn't rush the game. Besides you need to start those evens because your Leader will die of old age and you will be locked out at all.
I dug into the event files and they say Borgs should spawn a few fleets every 6 months not every few days.
The Borg Crisis event started for me around 2500.
If you look into Devs comments its not entirely completed or tested. Please notice TODO as well. :D
Janeway path seem to close Borg event form progressing., I guess i went the other way.
"Over the course of five months, tens of billions of drones are lost, as well as several hundred planets and ships."
Species 8472 basically end game crisis'd the Borg in the same broken way we are currently experiencing.
"In one engagement, a single 8472 bio-ship annihilated an armada of fifteen vessels with ease. In a separate battle that occurred in Borg Matrix 010, Grid 19, the Borg lost 312 ships and 4,000,621 drones, and eight planets were destroyed."
