Dr. Crusher's Mission for Enterprise / Doctor's Orders

Hi, how do I complete Doctor's Orderes Mission to get Enterprise E and Dr. B. Crusher? What is a System in hazards, I never found one.

If you look at the Map, certain Areas are marked differently and usually have accompanying Tooltips describing why it is marked.

Survey Systems there.

Survey systems within Nebulae or Plasma Storms - you'll see like a hatching effect on the galaxy map, on areas you havent got LoS to or explored.

Also, you can complete this by surveying Black Holes with the Enterprise D

Clicking on the Cerritos also highlights their borders! But also if you didn't lift the fog of war off of them yet they are hashed areas on the map

Contact minor powers, ask for a mission. If it is one the Enterprise can do then send them. It will be one of your Troi's trois.

it seems like this quest is bugged at least for me black holes and nebula dont work

It has to be a system inside a larger hazard (plasma field, dark matter nebula, etc) ... just don't send the Enterprise D into a "The Void" region - that -90% Warp Speed penalty will keep you bogged down for ages
