This is a term that Paramount writers came up with. The writers didn't ask Okrand what Klingon words sound like, so they made up something that a Klingon couldn't really pronounce: The pair of letters at the beginning of Sto-Vo-Kor form a consonant cluster that never happens in the Klingon language.

Presumably, it's one of those crazy Hol dialects that pops up from time to time - though, how a dialect pronunciation for such an important term became standard, anyone's guess.

my issue is that its pronounced Sto-Vo-Kor in ALL star Trek Shows by ALL Klingons , yet in this game the voice pack pronounces it SHOOSHOO-VER-KOR

they used the Klingon Institute, yeah theres an actual klingon language institute. I'm pretty sure they're correct with their pronounciation

Really have you ever watched Star Trek ?? Go watch any DS9 or TNG episode where Klingons mention it
