Silent alarm?

I keep getting a notification of a 'silent alarm' being triggered in one of my systems, but clicking on the notification gives zero information on what it even means or what the issue is.

Anyone else had the same issue? Anyone figured it out?

Silent alarms are triggered when spy actions are detected, but the spy ship performing them is not. This is normal gameplay!

I see, my own spy ship doesn't have any counter-espionage actions though? What can I do to detect the spies?

Select Spy ship, Right click on the planet in the system the Alarm went off in, Counter Espionage, wait.

That's what I mean though, there's no counter-espionage available.

It just had a loyalty swaying mission.

My spy ship was set to auto counter espionage so I'm guessing just sending it to orbit the planet will be enough.
