Ho can i build / get those?

In Stellaris you created troop transports by going to a planet, opening up the 'Armies' tab, and then building troop ships from the available population.

I don't have STI, but just a guess that is how you do it here ;-)

For the UFOP you need to complete the STARBURST mission. that's the only faction i've played with yet.

I never thought about it until i saw you put in in print that the UFOP = United Federation Of Planets. However what occurred to me was that in the Discovery Series, they were sent hundreds of years into the future when the federation had all but collapse to a faint memory of its former glory. All that was left was a Single space station with a dozen or so ships around it. Therefore it was still a united federation, but no longer had any planets. So UFOP - the P for Planets, and its just a "UFO" lol.
