MacOS tutorial keep crash

When I try to start the tutorial the game crash.
I've successfully started a new game by skipping the tutorial but I don't know how to play and tutorial, for a game like this, is very important.
Any advice?
I run on 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7 6 core MacBook, 16GB RAM, with Ventura 13.4.1

Mac Users cant change the language, because the Game start without the Launcher.

I'm really liking this game. Very Star Trek, no forced combat or anything. It crashes quite a bit, but I'm sure the dev team will release a patch and iron out the issues soon!

Quoting myself from another thread, as it should work on MacOS fine:

From one of the devs in Discord, look for Paradox Interactive/Infinite in your documents directory, then open Settings.txt.

Look for

language="l_english"

and change it to

language="l_german"

or whichever language you're looking to use, using German as an example.

Star Trek: Infinite has the same language options as Stellaris, so you should be able to use any of the following:
l_braz_por
l_english
l_french
l_german
l_polish
l_russian
l_spanish
l_simp_chinese
l_japanese
l_korean

We'll be getting this fixed so it's not such a headache soon, but this workaround should help for now.

Same problem here on Apple M2 Max running Sonoma 14.0 (23A344). Glad to have Day 1 mac support tho and also glad to see the devs actually being active and responding to comments.

Running on Mac M1 Max, Sonoma. Game looks and sounds awesome. However, I also have the tutorial crash...and as said, the game is pretty complex to jump in without a tutorial (or a 100-page manual or such :D ).

Mac Studio here and having the same issue. Whenever I try to launch the tutorial, game crashes. I can start a game just fine but I have no idea what to do and was hoping the tutorial would help. Will wait for a fix, hopefully.

M2 Macbook Pro with Sonoma and the tutorial crashes. I also have super blurry fonts and everything is tiny no matter what I do to the resolution. I've had a crash with appointing a governor to a new colony too. But after the hotfix, the blurry fonts has made the game unplayable.

M2 Pro Macbook Pro here with the same issue. I also had to run the resolution to max to get the UI to match the UX. But then had to turn up the "experimental UI Scaling" so I could read the text. Things don't look very good with that turned on.
