Star Trek Infinite Not Responding

Anyone else having this issue? I have tried launching the game with both the Paradox Launcher and from the .exe but it basically freezes and shows "Not Responding" in Task Manager.

I just installed the game and am having the same issue on an X17 R1 Alienware laptop.

Same it start then i get a black screen and a circle that is running like crazy, for 15 min now. Was really hoping for a game for work :(

ok over the settings in the Laucher it works with borderles Fullscreen in WQHD

If you buy the "can I play" DLC, you can get access xD

Run the launcher, go to settings, click on borderless fullscreen and launch the game.
