OP is a little extreme, sure I thought it could have been communicated better that the date was based on USA time frame (I think US EST) for the non-USA buyers but, come on, no company is perfect on release of games lol...

It is just a game anyways. I usually don't do pre-orders (I did for this one) because I usually find that games are better when you buy them a year or two after release as they have ironed out the issues with updates.
