hi guys,
i really need your help. to finish the mission with the obsidian order, it say i need to have a main star world (German: Sternen Hauptwelt). What does this mean. Its not my capital planet right?

Check to see what you can designate your other 3 starting planets with. If none give the option you want, I'm afraid I'm stumped

Before building the Information Control Center you need the Star Capital, which is the highest level upgrade for the planetary government building (the first building on every planet). To build it you need 50 pops on the planet, its technology researched (it is in the Society tree), and the preceding building level (World Capital). It is limited to one per planet and can be built on any planet with 50+ pops.
