State elements?

Just got a gmae, where i was far ahead all other factions. Then a message said, that the UfP wins by getting 12 "state elements". So, i just got 1 additional in the whole game time. how can i get them?

By integrating minor powers into the Federation. Explore space and you're eventually get First Contact missions with the various minor powers. After that, follow up with the diplomatic stuff until you get to integrate them. Hope this helped :)

hi, how do i get a mainstar world? i have to build a information controll center but i cant. it sais i need to have a ''Sternen Hauptwelt''. what is this

I meet many minor factions and get them friendly, but cant integrate them into my faction.

When you try to integrate, you have to do it a two stages, first you have to propose it and then wait for them to accept. Then you have to go back into the diplomacy screen and select "start the integrate process" and it will ask for an Envoy, I use the one that is already improving relations
