Controlling the demilitarized Zone Mission Question

I went towards the " dark " Federation and i am current stucked in the mission where you need the Denobula and Trelka system to unlock the above mentioned Mission and move on.
But i got both systems, Denobula AND Trelka. And still nothing happens.
Maybe someone can help me, thank you in advance.

ive made a few posts about it and not had even one person offer a solution or say they have completed that mission.

I haven't played the Federation, but I suspect that the incorrect systems are listed in the mission. Its not much of a mission to keep your own system (Denobula), so maybe its meant to say Amleth or Pentath (Cardassian systems). I think this is the case because the Cardassians have a mission to take Denobula and Cordian, so maybe its a Federation version of that.

The Problem is....i have already captured like 1/3 of the Cardassian Union, even over Cardassia Prime waves the flag of the Federation. And therefore of course over Amleth and Pentath.
Trelka makes also Lore wise sense. Seems like a Bug.
