SWITCH vs PC
Are there any differences between the PC and Switch versions?

The PC version is complete. It doesn't miss any content at all and includes the card game too. So yes it has more than the Switch version.

Here is a review of the Switch version that is worth watching. It doesn't fully answer your question but their main complaints are that this feels similar to to the Apple Arcade version which is significantly cheaper.

So i'd say if you have access i'd play on Arcade or pick the PC version.

It's a really beautiful version of the game as well.
The visual are so wonderfully crisp and everything looks gorgeous and it all runs very smoothly.

Plus the bonus that it runs flawlessly on the steam deck.
