I saw a comment that the iOS version didn't have the card game and that it is present in this PC version... Is the Switch version similar to the PC version or is there some content missing?
Here is a review of the Switch version that is worth watching. It doesn't fully answer your question but their main complaints are that this feels similar to to the Apple Arcade version which is significantly cheaper.
So i'd say if you have access i'd play on Arcade or pick the PC version.
The visual are so wonderfully crisp and everything looks gorgeous and it all runs very smoothly.
Plus the bonus that it runs flawlessly on the steam deck.
