Game is stuck at loading screen on start up

I cannot load into the actual game, It just says loading please wait and when I open task manager it says its not/stopped responding. I have 18 hours on the game so I can't even refund it and I have recently installed it again after sometime not playing it. I have verified game files and even that didn't work.

no clue yet, I tried deleting/removing the appdata folder but didn't help. Ill try reinstalling it

I don't think its my specs but its a NVIDIA 1060, 16 gb of ram, Intel i7-8750H thats 2.20GHz.
Its running windows 10 also

The first launch of the game may be long due to the compilation of shaders (this time depends on your computer)

I tried deleting the folder, then I put back the backup folder which both ways didn't work. I thought I have the game on for a long time which was 10 minutes

I'm also having the same problem as you guys and My computer exceeds the recommended specs and I've verified the integrity of games files and I've deleted the AppData/Local/BOBB folder and still stuck UE4 game not responding on loading the game.

What is your resolution in that file?

I have a 1920 by 1080, it was just taking a while and works for me now. Sucks how it takes a while as I never experienced that before in this game. If you are still interested in my file, here

Good hear it’s working now!

I had a suspicion that the game crashed because of a very high resolution in full screen, but from your settings it should run 1080p windowed mode

From pressing the play button to the game opens on my system takes 5 minutes and 36 seconds. Maybe this could be of help for people he say they cannot open this game. After it opens my game is fine to play! ( 7i chip, 8 gig of ram, 4 gig graphics card ) So maybe give it time.
