Issue with Bluetooth mouse

I just decided to reinstall Links E6 (had loved all the older versions of Links and got this when it first came out but like others got a bit fed up with the click meter).
Now I figured I would try again (and no this is not a complaint/rant about the swing meter speed) but when I play the game, I move the aiming marker to where I want to have the shot aimed, move the cursor to the little man to start the swing and many times the cursor - all on it's own - will move back to the aiming marker either on the main view or on the overhead view before I can swing. Am I missing something? I didn't see this behavior mentioned in any other post/thread here. Thanks

Did you ever find a solution to the mouse cursor issue? For me this is more annoying than the swing meter! (I use a Logitech Bluetooth mouse btw.)

I also have a Logitech USB mouse so I decided to try that and the same results of the cursor shifting all over the screen. (BTW I also tried my Apple Magic Mouse (which I generally don't play games with) and the same results. I think it isn't a "blue tooth" issue but a mouse issue. A shame the developer (or even someone from Valve/Steam never responds here and that there have been no updates to the game itself. And even if you click on support, Steam immediately gives you a link to the developer (Trugolf) and their website only has "support" for E6 Connect and no mention of the computer/Steam version of the game.
Shame because the game did show promise for former Links Golf players.
