What's going on with system requirements?

I found something strange about system requirements. In minimum and recommended the same processors and same AMD GPUs, BUT different Nvidia GPUs and needful memory size. Also, l don't understand why in graphics the point devs wrote about RAM... not VRAM, just RAM. If they mention VRAM is why there RTX 3060 with a maximum of 8 GB VRAM when they wrote 10 GB?

Overall, it looks like a lazy placeholder. I also want to believe in it because the game which coming on the Xbox Series S shouldn't ask for RTX 3080. Also, I don't play a lot of AAA, and hope mine 3050 Ti works with one of the most anticipated games of 2025.

P.S. On the Nacon website system requirements are the same.
