Radio easter egg spectrogram image

I found an image hidden as a spectrogram.
You need to go to the radio inside the office of Marton Ralst, on the level of Ministry of Cultural Primacy. First go to sound setting and disable the ambient volume, then go near the radio, set it to FM 70 MHz and record the sound with Audacity. In the audio options in Audacity click on the 3 dots and select Spectrogram.

Thanks, when I heard that sound from the radio I was hoping that someone had already done this. I don't recognize the guy in the picture though. Any idea who he is?
