I downloaded the file and copied it to the folder, but I can't load it in the game. how do i do? it?

It has everything unlocked (all playable characters except dlc, wheels, engines, Pit crew characters, etc.)

Assuming you already had your own save file and replaced it with the file 'NorGame.sav' you downloaded into your directory in `%USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Nor/Saved/SaveGames`, you must have 3 files there: NorGame.json, NorGame.sav, steam_autocloud.vdf

Does the 100% save file unlock the trophies that require online?

Play an online race with a friend
Get 50 Victory Points competing in Online Matchmaking
Play online with at least 3 other players
Get 100 Victory Points competing in Online Matchmaking
Get 150 Victory Points competing in Online Matchmaking
