1- are the guns dirty? there is a option that turns dirt on/off making cleaning kits uneeded in some games. otherwise the menu '.' should let you into many of the added features.
2- not sure on the hotkey, for autofire i usually select it in the character -tactical screen, also i know you have to adjust how many rounds your firing thats either rt. click or mousewheel
4- some skills and scopes can adjust the number of possible clicks when aiming.
5- put into mainhand, point toon in direction you want to see, then rt. click like your looking down a scope/readying a weapon.
7- there is an ini flag for having this pop up when you hover over someone not sure if it works before hiring.
8- check the covert skill threads on the pit for stuff on how clothing works
9- there is no character editor at this time
10- if the order hasn't arrived, yeah, you can go to BR then i think its in the cart screen it has a button that shows the outstanding orders but i don't remember the exact sequence & names
In the latest version (far as 2018-04-15) the 'Ctrl .' menu has not gun cleaning options anymore. You need to order a mechanist to Repair Items, put a cleaning kit in his main hand, then wait about half to one hour, he'll finish cleaning. You also will get a message about 'xxxxx cleaned everyone's weapons.', then the job is done. The cleaning included everyone's equipped guns, AND guns in their inventory. This does NOT include guns in the sector inventory.
The gun stats screen which has ??%(!!%) displayed, ??% means dirt/stain/rust etc., this can be cleaned. !!% means the base condition of the gun, which can not be improved by just cleaning, but can be repaired by tool kit. If a cleaning was properly carried out, then the ??% should equals the !!%. Some weapons, for unknown reason, don't have this kind of display, only have one **% on the stats, but can be cleaned back to 100% condition(I have looted an MP5k from a box, with only 80% condition but cleaned it back to 100%), looks like a bug but I'm ok with it.
Luckily, for most of this stuff, you can check the various configuration and options files, which are .ini files usually, but are just in a text format, so you can read them with Notepad, and change them as well (just use the correct ending, such as .ini if needed when saving).
Also, a lot of these additions were part of Flugente's Magicka Workshop, so you often will find the threads with great detail there. Usually, almost universally, the first page of the thread will have been updated with all the relevant facts and new procedures, BUT YOU HAVE TO READ THE ORIGINAL POST TO THE END. Otherwise, to see the discussion and various changes step by step, you can read the entire thread.
Flugente also made quite a few YouTube videos showcasing those improvements, so you may find many YouTube videos giving you some info on it..
JA Galaxy, the Bearpit, is sometimes a bit of a pain to navigate. But in less than an hour, you'll soon be able to figure out where everything is. When you have the itch but don't feel like immediately playing, such as that prepatory sandwich and coffee, that's the time to check it out.
Thanks.
