Arulco Vacations does a lot of changes in map, faction and items, it also can use one of the improved AI exe.
Obviously if you can go above 1024x768 that would be nice, especially if things scaled up in size, but it isn't the biggest deal either.
My only concern with your multi-mod set-up is that it might get a bit confusing -- only because you want to first make sure that any v1.13 Dev Build is working fine when you first set it up, as a noob or new install. But looks like a good set-up once you know how to set it all up, which you obviously do.
