Use CCMod -mod from GitGud site. Mod allow Karryn put toys on her after the first experience, unlocking that toy in Karryn's bed selection screen for you to choose, walking around everyday with dildo stuck in Karryn's hole.
For mod you need Vortex -mod manager.

If I understand your question, you're asking how to make the nerds use their toys instead of FJ?

Keep your ♥♥♥♥ desire low (I think it's 100) for FJ + use the accessory that increases FJ required desire by another 20, then let your desires for the specific toy in play rise (I think it's 65 for clit, 85 for dildo and beads). Just check your desire by hovering over them with your mouse or checking your desire threshold in your status tab.

I've not see it myself, but I was wondering how it is achievable as when Karryn is horny enough, the nerds go for a footjob.

FJ can be turned off in the options menu regardless of difficulty. Just turn it off and they will writhe around a bit and eventually start sticking toys everywhere.

I was debating on using that mod next playthrough, but is there an option to disable the pregnancy feature on that mod?
