Are there ways to lock passives per body type?

Or even per fetish, instead of all or nothing passive gains and lock it to whatever you happen to have. The body part bonus doesn't really matter at the start.

At the moment I don't think so. The boob size and hair colour changes etc. don't affect game-play. You can opt out of some fetishes, but those are again independent of cosmetic features.
I imagine some bright spark could make a mod for it.

By fetishes I meant just the extra categories under body types when you check passives.
Not talking about stuff where passives don't matter.
Basically just locking passives to never change (which can be done) and selecting whatever passive you want to be on or off.
Even better yet would be you lock only certain body types, while the rest are unlocked, that way the starting body type fetish would actually matter, or do whatever combinations.

But thanks anyway for answering that it's not possible at the moment.
This isn't exactly for me, as I'm okay with all of it, but might be interesting nonetheless, other peeps on forums who I've seen have mentioned this or in the screenshots mentioned it.

The starting passives are more of weaknesses that you have to address.

Like in some roleplaying games where you have "weakness to sunlight" or "gets thirsty faster".

They are weaknesses in a normal game, in hentai game it's fetish selection, which doesn't do much.

If I go hardcore, it's for the sake of getting lots of hot results, the combat is whatever on any difficulty. Easy difficulty is the hardest, in terms of trying to get the sex stuff.

I get what you're saying, but for me personally, you're absolutely wrong in terms of what perspective you're using for this game, what you're talking about is as useless as those options are, for me personally.

I choose the bottom most option, and I made this topic for the sake for peeps who actually want to have actual limits in terms what sex acts are being performed.

I didn't ask what those options you tried to explain are, and what for -.-.
For the sake of the topic those options are useless, thus the question any mods to limit what passives to gain. Which is not for me, as I just go all in and on hardcore in a F'ing hentai game.

You can always control your desires, and thus control what acts are being performed. This will also impact your passives which in turn will impact your starting desires and gains.
Also, this is not just a "hentai game", it's a "corruption" game, so, the point is to either give-in, or try to resist. In any case, you do not get a "fetish selection", you have to shape your character and it's not easy, because there are so many mechanics that you have to be aware of just to progress, and even more to be creative.
