Prisoner Mode tips?

Does anyone have any tips for playing on the hardest difficulty Prisoner mode? Whether its items, builds, recommendations or things you wish you knew before you started.

-Complete the game at least once, preferably two times. Learn what each enemy do in both battle and sex fights. Nothing worse than go into fight you cannot win and cannot run away from.
-Collect as many titles as you can. Titles are your free bonuses in any NG+ mode, helping tremendously with this Hard mode. Additional stat points, gold, +Control and +MaxLevel are nice bonuses.
-Learn to move around enemies. Lots of the times, when you defeated them at some room, they'll respawn in fewer numbers, so you'll be able to run around them, but will still trigger a fight if you're not careful. Since the fights are MUCH more dangerous its vital to avoid those you don't need to do.
-Both battle and sex builds work fine if you know what you're doing, but sex build is a fool-proof, "cheap" way to do it. Just max Endurance with some Energy and faceroll through all battles. Same works with "Challenge runs", for example "Unarmed run" - you don't care about weapons since you won't use battle route anyway.
-Be ready to make mistakes anyway and be ready to accept defeat. This may happen even with all bonuses and experience. Sometimes things just refuse to go your way. Remember - if the fight went wrong you can just close the game, reload the save and the fight will go diffferently, with different enemies and different stats, and different outcome as result.

And most important - don't rush. Sometimes just stop to think what to do next. You don't wanna to lose whole playthrough only because you forgot to do something important at some point.
