It's alright, if you're seeking a simple way to escape into desolate environments where you're able to sit still and listen to your own meditation content. This can potentially enhance your experience. As long as you aren't expecting a feature rich environment full of distraction and gaming logic it may help you relax.

You can walk around and set the speed of your walks and turns. You can also change the position of the sun and cycle through day and night. It offers both teleport and motion options to move about but that's all there really is. You have a few environments to explore where you can pick a spot to sit, relax and meditate. With that said, the environments appear to be huge but their moderate and meant to be used for basic exploration and relaxation.

Would be nice to have a quiet lake environment with a fishing boat at a distance, a beach environment nice sand and small waves crashing in, a mountain top overlooking a city and some additional content to enhance variety.
