Endless mode issues (police and cat are OP) and easy fixes for the devs

First I would like to say that I bought this game as a one-timer and I liked it a lot, never expecting it to be something more. So a huge respect to the devs for continuing updating the game and adding new features to it. It is not an angry post, rather an opinion about the most outstanding issues and some ideas of how to easily fix them.

The first issue with the police is the most significant one, because even if you are playing perfectly, you have a chance of getting busted. How? At 0 wanted level, policeman doesn't spawn, but the wanted level gets increased immediately when Percival starts tailoring with a knife. So there is a real chance that a policeman will spawn right away, and even if Percival does the quickest set of actions without any delay (pick up, use trapdoor, clean up), he will still get caught in that situation. And I'm not even talking about dragging a corpse to the greenhouse... In total, due to this issue the endless mode is not a challenge, but rather a play against RNG that will sooner or later will end your game, no matter how good you are at it.
Simple solution:
Make the wanted level go up with some delay after kill. The perfect delay would be equal to the time it takes Percival to take a corpse to the grinder, come back and clean up, without idling in between these actions.

The second issue is that mice from the cat is not only a free and frequent source of meals, but its price per portion is one of the highest in the game (2.65). So it makes no economical sense to unlock ingredients and cook 1, 2 and even some of the 3-ingredient meals, because unlocking the cat is ultra-cheap and you can spam cooked mice to the display and it will be much more worth it in terms of money (but ofc not in terms of fun game experience).
Simple solution options:
1. Make the cooked mice add only 1 portion to the display instead of 3.
2. Make the cat being able to catch only 1 mice per day.
3. Make it super cheap, on the level of 1-ingredient vegetable meals.
4. Ban the cat altogether.
