Help with Flora Quest-line

So I go to the point where I talked to Ramo about his daughter Flora. He gives me the emblem, and then most walkthroughs show players going to the cemetery to get the key. The well water always being down.... but for some reason mine is up?

Is this another glitch, or am I missing something?

If still stuck...

Push each of the the four headstones surrounding the well, dig the exposed dirt ... Push the headstones back over pressure plates.
