Factories randomly stops working
I've came across this several times where factories will randomly stop producing even if they have the materials. If I open the recipe menu and turn off the recipe then turn it back on it'll start producing again.

I have my manufacturer to produce gears, and the output exceeds the input so there should never be screws in the inventory, but theres quite a bit. It's possible it stopped working between play sessions.

Same problem here. Also randomly Astrocatcher stop catching.

I've had smelters, autocatchers, constructors, and manufacturers all randomly stop producing one or more items. Usually I can reset it by ticking the toggle for that item off and back on, but then they stop again later. not all items stop and in a group of 8 smelters, a couple will stop producing iron ingots and others will stop copper ingots.
autocatchers can sometimes be reset by clicking on the current asteroid, but half time time I need to pick it up and re-place it.
It seems like devices that are restricted to only producing one item type don't have problems, but I can't say for sure.

Also, if you use the picker (middle-mouse button) to select and place a miner, then it doesn't mine anything. you must re-place it using the hotbar. This seems to be a bug in the copy/paste active recipes function. Maybe there's a similar issue with the other equipment.

At this point I'm going to wait until this bug is resolved.

Same here, still not fix.

Same. Re-scheduling the recipe fixes it but doing that for more than 100 machines is a pain.

I had the same problem with the recycling machine. Tried emptying it manually and re-depositing but still wouldn't work. Dismantled the machine and rebuilt it in the same spot and then it worked fine.

Also just had the same issue with a drill - there was ore under the drill head and it was powered but it just wasn't producing. Flicking the on/off switch did nothing so I deleted it and placed a new one in the same spot which worked fine straight away.

Same thing happens with autocatchers. I have 200 autocatchers in a large 3D grid and 80% of them has stopped working and are inaccessible...

Ouch, that really sucks. Seems like the game needs a 'reboot all' function but which retains current recipes/settings.

i was playing yesterday and same problem happened every now and then
even in a small factory this instability is quite annoying and it becomes enraging in mid-late game factories...
i'm going to play satisfactory until this garbage become something more playable :steamsad:
