Splitters splitting non-specified resources
I don't know if it's a bug or I don't understand how the splitter is intended to work.

The splitter allows you to specify one or more resources. I interpret this as implying anything not specified keeps going along the belt. I wanted to split SOME carbon off the main line so I added a splitter, selected carbon as the resource, and set the ratio I wanted. However, other resources get split out as well.

If that's that not the intended behavior, then why is there a resource selector on splitters?

The splitters work perfectly for me and I think your interpretation is otherwise correct so it should work.

By the way, there needs to be a belt where the splitter will push things to and you need to place the splitter on top of a conveyor that's already built. Building the splitter first and the belt after won't work.

I didn't realize a splitter even had a resource selection. I've always just pushed carbon onto its own belt and split it from there. best way to do it imo.
