Navigating a Platform

I came to the part to place my first engine to move the platforl to next lovcation...this is where my story begins!
First of all it is whatewer what direction you place the thruster it will always have only Left-Right-Up and downward thrust. The engine that points forward actually cant push the platform forward?
What kind of sorcery is involved in this developnemt?
Whos idea was to make the thrusters to thrust LEFT-Right-UP and DOwn?
I highly recomend ASAp to adress this issue and add more info to the thrusters workaraund!
Several times i tryed to move the platform and got stuck in the fondation next to the truster....at this moment cant do nothing....ESC doesnt work cant disengage from the thruster neither.....ASAP

You get a control panel to fly the ship soon after this. No need to do all the engines separately. You are in a 3D space, your ship moves 3D. Not a big deal.

Yes, please look into the control panel and autopilot (later in the tech tree).
You have also space station camera view for convenience, so navigating is quite simple, where you can get exact direction + preview of your colony.

Thank you guys for the reply...i got a bit upset a bit here to be honest. il take a look into it shortly and make updates here!
